SM Consulting Engineers, SMCE, is a wholly Basotho owned practice that has provided civil and structural engineering, project management and environmental management services since February 1994. For three decades we have helped shape Lesotho's infrastructure landscape while remaining firmly rooted in the communities we serve, always guided by one aim, lasting progress.
